Japanese Cuisine
While visiting Japan I fell in love with Japanese cuisine. When my children were born, I realized I was going to go out to eat at restuarants a lot less, so if I wanted this amazing cuisine I would need to learn to cook it myself. My favorite dishes tend to be home cooking comfort food classics and street food especially yakitori.
